A local take on the Korean favourite. This is a spicy variation of sauerkraut made with plenty of red pepper powder and WITHOUT the fish sauce. It is GF, Vegan-friendly.

Pairs well with: Breakfast, wraps, bowls, rice dishes.

Ingredients: Napa Cabbage. Daikon Radish. Carrot. Scallions. Pepper Powder. Pepper Flakes. Ginger Root. Tamari. Sea Salt. That’s it.
