Bridge City Kimchi

  • Bridge City Kimchi is our variation of the classic Korean favourite. This kimchi is GF, Vegan friendly and fairly mild compared to many classic versions. It could be described as a prairie-style tribute to the Korean classic! DOES NOT CONTAIN FISH SAUCE.

  • Kimchi is really just the ‘korean-version’ of sauerkraut. The cabbage is softer, and it tends to be a little on the spicier side, though ours is more ‘prairie-level’ spicy (quite mild). Traditionally, kimchi is eaten at every meal! It goes great with rice, seafood, eggs, or anything where you want just a little bit more punch. It’s often used as a substitute for hot sauce when you are trying to cut down on sugar and sneak in some more veggies.

  • Napa Cabbage. Carrots. Daikon Radish. Green Onions. Garlic. Ginger. Tamari. Red Pepper Powder. Red Pepper Flakes. Himalayan Salt. That’s it.
