  • Only made once a year, when cucumbers and cauliflower are in abundance, our garden crunch is a medley of local veg goodness. If you struggle to eat vegetables without smothering them in cheese, butter, or hidden in recipes - this is a life changer. Cauliflower, cucumbers and carrots are all fermented together with a delicious blend of spices to make a savoury snack that you will eat right out of the jar. As with all our fermented veg, this one needs to be kept in the refrigerator.

  • Water, Cucumbers, Cauliflower, Carrots, Himalayan Salt, Garlic, Onion, Fresh Dill, Spices, Calcium Chloride. That’s it.
